Return and Refund Policy – GemAdda

At GemAdda, we offer a transparent and simple 7-day return or exchange policy for our natural gemstones and products.

1. Return Eligibility Window
* Customers can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.
* Requests made after the 7-day window will not be eligible for returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

2. Conditions for a Valid Return
* The gemstone must be in its original, unused, and unaltered condition.
* The product must be accompanied by its original lab certificate, invoice/bill copy, and the original packaging.
* Items showing signs of wear, damage due to improper handling, or alterations will not be accepted for return.

3. Step-by-Step Return Process
A) Send an email to our official customer support at support@gemadda.com within 7 days of delivery, stating your order ID and the reason for the return.
B) Our quality assurance team will review your email and share the return confirmation within 24-48 hours.
C) Once confirmed, the customer must safely pack and ship the item back to our registered business address at Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh. Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

4. Inspection and Refund Processing
* Upon receiving the returned package, GemAdda’s gemological team will inspect the gemstone to verify its authenticity and condition.
* Once the return is approved, your refund will be processed back to your Original Method of Payment (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Net Banking) within 3 to 7 business days.
* In alignment with payment gateway compliance, any fixed transaction processing fee charged by banks or payment gateways at the time of purchase is non-refundable.

5. Non-Refundable Items
* Any additional customized lab certificates ordered separately by the customer, apart from the free certificate provided with the gemstone, are entirely non-refundable.

* Every gemstone sold by GemAdda is sealed and documented with a unique certificate number.
* During the return inspection process, laboratory certification numbers are verified against our secure database.
* This strict verification process guarantees fair trade and ensures the absolute authenticity of our stock for all customers.
