Courier & Tracking
- All shipments are sent via reputed, Trackable courier services like DTDC and Blue Dart. As soon as the order is dispatched, a live tracking number is sent to your verified mobile number, allowing you to monitor the delivery status in real time.
- Parcels are securely packed with durable, protective packing material. Shipments are insured against loss or damage in transit. For transit safety and immediate dispute resolution, we highly recommend that our customers record a continuous, unedited unboxing video when opening the parcel. This helps us swiftly process insurance claims with our courier partners in the rare event of transit damage.
- Delivery Policy & Coverage
*Shipping Coverage: Currently, GemAdda ships and delivers products exclusively within India. We do not accept international shipping orders at this moment.
* Order Cut-off Time: All orders received before 4:00 PM IST (Monday to Saturday, excluding Tuesdays) are processed on the same business day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM on Tuesdays, Sundays, or Public holidays will be counted and processed on the next working day.
* Transit Insurance: Since gemstones are high-value items, all our domestic shipments are 100% insured during transit. In the rare event of damage or loss before delivery, the customer is fully protected.
