Return Policy

Gemadda.com offers a very transparent and simple 7-day return or exchange policy. These are the conditions for this:
1. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
2. Replacements/Return for items are subject to inspection and checking by Gemadda’s team.
3. Damages due to improper handling or usage will not be included under our Returns Policy.
4. The product should be accompanied with the original certificate, original/copy of the invoice, and packaging. In the absence of any of these items, you are not eligible for the 100% Money Back Guarantee.

If the above conditions meet, you can return gemstones for a full refund within 7 days from the date of delievery. Once the refund is approved it will be credited to your account 3-7 business days. After 7 days, your product cannot be returned or exchanged in any condition.

Important Notes:
A) Shipment is at the customer’s cost.
B) Payment Gateway charges and bank charges (if applicable) will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway or banks and are not refunded.
C) Any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone shall not be refunded in the return payment.
