Refund Policy

Gemadda.com offers a very transparent and simple 10-day return and replacement policy. These are the conditions for this:
1. Item(s) must be in their original, unused condition.
2. Replacements for items are subject to inspection and checking by Gemadda’s team.
3. Damages due to improper handling or usage will not be included under our Returns & Replacement Policy.
4. The product should be accompanied with the original certificate, original/copy of the invoice, and packaging. In the absence of any of these items, you are not eligible for the 100% Money Back Guarantee. However, you may still be eligible for a full or partial replacement/store credit.

Return Policy on Loose Gemstones:
If you meet the above conditions, you can return loose gemstones for a full refund within 10 days.

Return Policy on Gemstone Jewelry:
Any jewelry created for you (rings, pendants, bracelets, etc.) cannot be returned for money. Still, you can place a return request within 10 days of delivery to request a store credit, worth 80% of your invoice value, for use against future purchases on our website.

Cancellation Policy:

A) If you cancel your jewelry order, Gemadda will deduct making charges of 20% off the total purchase price.

B) If you cancel your order after opting for paid certification, Gemadda will deduct the certification cost.

Important Notes:
A) Shipment is at the customer’s cost.
B) After 10 days, your product cannot be returned or exchanged in any condition.
C) Payment Gateway charges and bank charges (if applicable) will not be refunded. These are billed directly by the payment gateway or banks and are not refunded.
D) Any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone shall not be refunded in the return payment.
Returns will take 3–7 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address).
